To provide a route generation system capable of performing easy division without remaking a travel route.SOLUTION: A route generation system includes: a route generation part capable of generating a travel route for causing a machine body to autonomously travel； a display part capable of displaying the travel route； and a unit route setting part for dividing the travel route into a plurality of unit routes. The route generation part is capable of generating, as the travel route, a route including a plurality of straight paths and a plurality of circulating paths.
