PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a packing object of noodles cooked in boiling water and frozen in which a dedicated tray for molding the frozen noodles is not used, a process for removing the frozen noodles from a mold and the process for washing and sterilizing the dedicated tray are not therefore required, and extracting the noodles, cooked in the boiling water and frozen, for cooking is made simple and highly efficient.SOLUTION: The packaging object of the noodles cooked in the boiling water and frozen is obtained through the freezing process in which a cylindrical food bag 2, made of synthetic resin, with one end opened and the other end sealed by a seal part 2b fitted to the molding shape of the noodles 1 of rectangular parallelepiped cooked in the boiling water and frozen intent to be manufactured is put in a state, where the noodles 1 cooked in the boiling water in the predetermined molding shape is accommodated, and frozen remaining in its original molding shape by folding its mouth part 2a side without sealing, and the packaging process for hermetically packing a plurality of the food parts of the noodles cooked in the boiling water and frozen contained in the food bag frozen per individual part by the packaging material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】冷凍麺を整形するための専用トレイを用いることなく、従って、冷凍麺の脱版工程及び該専用トレイの洗浄・消毒工程の必要をなくし、しかも調理のための冷凍茹で麺の取り出しを簡易で高能率化できるようにした冷凍茹で麺包装体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】一端が開口し、他端がシール部2bで封じられ、製造しようとする直方体状の冷凍茹で麺1の成形形状に合わせた筒状の合成樹脂製の食品袋2を、所定の成形形状とした茹で麺1を内部に収容した状態として、その口部2a側をシールすることなく折り返し、その成形形状のままで凍結させる凍結工程、及び個食単位で凍結した食品袋入り冷凍茹で麺の複数食を包装材により密封包装する包装工程を経て、冷凍茹で麺包装体を得る。【選択図】図1
