The invention provides a food forming apparatus which can simply and quickly realize food forming without an another apparatus in food forming. The food forming apparatus (1) is provided with the components of: a forming part (2) which divides and forms a recess (7) for accommodating food； and a handle part (3) of which one end is connected with the forming part (2). In the food forming apparatus (1), the forming part (2) is formed by a pushing-out part (5) and a shape keeping part (6), wherein the pushing-out part (5) has flexibility. The forming part (2) is formed through a double-color forming manner.
