PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board and electronic apparatus, capable of facilitating giving flexibility and elasticity to a substrate.SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board includes a plurality of non-elastic parts and an elastic part. The plurality of non-elastic parts separate from each other.
