PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved double eyelid forming tape capable of dealing with various eyelid conditions from eyelid of easy-to-become double-edged to eyelid of tense hard-to-become double-edged, while utilizing superior advantage of a tape for forming double eyelid by using elastic flexibility of a synthetic resin tape, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the double eyelid forming tape as well as a double eyelid forming method using the tape.SOLUTION: A double eyelid forming tape 1 is made by coating an adhesive 3 for sticking a tape-shaped member to the eyelid, on a narrow and long tape-shaped member 2 having an elastic contractility when extended to a prescribed length in the longitudinal direction, and is designed to form a double eyelid by utilizing the elastic contractility of the tape-shaped member. The tape-shaped member 2 is a laminate of a first base material layer 4 composed of polyethylene and a second base material layer 5 composed of polyurethane.
