<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling fog spraying in a fog cooling apparatus in garden product cultivation facilities and a livestock barn, for automatically adjusting spraying quantity corresponding to the change of evaporation requirement according to a weather condition and an air ventilation condition in facilities and automatically safely continuing effective spraying, and to provide an apparatus for controlling fog spraying. <；P>；SOLUTION: This method for controlling fog spraying in the fog cooling apparatus comprises controlling with the use of temperature difference between a temperature sensor and a natural wet-bulb temperature sensor. The apparatus for controlling fog spraying has the temperature sensor 1, a spraying setting timer 2, a spraying stoppage timer 3, a control means 4 presenting instructions of operation start and stoppage of fog spraying based on the measured value of the temperature sensor and alternately controlling driving and stoppage of spraying based on the input value of the spraying setting timer and the spraying stoppage timer, and the natural wet-bulb temperature sensor 5.
