PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition including a macromolecular pharmaceutical agent in mixed micellar form.SOLUTION: The mixed micelles are formed from an alkali metal alkyl sulfate, and at least three different micelle-forming compounds such as sodium hyaluronate, monoolein and saturated phospholipid. Micelle size ranges between about 1 and 10 nanometers. There is also provided the method for making and using the composition.
