An existing probiotic fermentor for culturing probiotics for livestock cultures probiotics through sterilization of a medium for proliferating probiotics by heating. However, the existing probiotic fermentor is hard to handle, is not efficient in temperature increasing time and medium cooling time for inoculating spawn, is not effective in sterilization by heat, and continuously causes contamination. Accordingly, a probiotic fermentor for livestock using ozone sterilization which is capable of quickly sterilizing a medium is produced. The non-heating probiotic liquid fermentor by ozone sterilization developed through the present invention has superior sterilization effects and is easy to handle, thereby being used by general people who do not have special knowledge in a farm house.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014축산용 생균제 배양을 위한 기존 생균제 발효기의 경우 열을 가하여 생균제 증식용 배지 살균을 통해 생균제를 배양하였으나, 조작이 복잡하고, 온도 상승 시간, 종균 접종을 위한 배지 냉각 시간에 따른 비효율적 측면과 열살균이 효과적으로 이뤄지지 않아 오염으로 인한 피해가 지속되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 발명자들은 짧은 시간내 배지 살균이 가능한 오존을 살균 방법으로 사용하는 축산용 생균제 발효기를 생산하게 되었고, 본 발명을 통해 개발된 비가열 오존 살균 액체 생균제 발효기는 우수한 살균 효과와 조작이 간편하여 농가에 전문지식을 가지고 있지 않는 일반도 쉽게 사용 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
