PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating leaf vegetables, the method being free of the steps of pH adjustment and sterilization, increasing the content of folic acid in cultivating plants, and increasing the yield.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method for cultivating leaf vegetables by supplying a nutrient solution. Here, the nutrient solution is added with folic acid hydrate. The additive amount of the folic acid hydrate is 0.01 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the nutrient solution. A planting panel board having a large number of planting holes formed therein is disposed on a sloped cultivating bed tank, a hydrophilic sheet is arranged on the upper surface side of the bottom surface of the cultivating bed tank, and the nutrient solution is supplied to the upper surface side of the bottom surface of the cultivating bed tank to grow leaf vegetables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】ｐＨ調整や、殺菌の工程などを必要とせず、栽培する植物中の葉酸含有量を高めることができるとともに、収穫量が高い葉菜類の栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】養液を供給して葉菜類を栽培する方法であって、前記養液は葉酸水和物が添加されたものであることを特徴とする植物栽培方法。葉酸水和物の添加量は、養液１００質量部に対して０．０１～５質量部である。勾配をもたせた栽培ベット槽の上に、多数の植え穴を穿設した定植パネル板を配置し、前記栽培ベット槽の底面の上面側に親水性シートを配置し、該栽培ベット槽の底面の上面側に前記養液を供給して葉菜類を栽培する。【選択図】図３
