PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cultivation methods of leaf vegetables in which the yield is high while the content of folic acid in a plant to be cultivated can be increased, without requiring pH adjustment nor sterilization step.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation method of cultivating leaf vegetables by supplying a nutrient solution is provided, the nutrient solution is characterized by that phenylalanine is added. The loadings of phenylalanine is 0.001 to 2 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a nutrient solution. A planting panel plate in which a lot of planting holes are drilled is arranged on a cultivation bed having inclination, a hydrophilic sheet is arranged to the upper surface side of the bottom face of the cultivation bed, the nutrient solution is supplied to the upper surface side of the bottom face of the cultivation bed and leaf vegetables are cultivated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】pH調整や、殺菌の工程などを必要とせず、栽培する植物中の葉酸含有量を高めることができるとともに、収穫量が高い葉菜類の栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】養液を供給して葉菜類を栽培する方法であって、前記養液はフェニルアラニンが添加されたものであることを特徴とする植物栽培方法。フェニルアラニンの添加量は、養液100質量部に対して0.001~2質量部である。勾配をもたせた栽培ベットの上に、多数の植え穴を穿設した定植パネル板を配置し、前記栽培ベットの底面の上面側に親水性シートを配置し、該栽培ベットの底面の上面側に前記養液を供給して葉菜類を栽培する。【選択図】図3
