A sea cucumber cutting apparatus for efficiently cutting abdomen of a boiled sea cucumber. SOLUTION: A pair of conveying belts 26a, 26b that convey and feed a sea cucumber from both sides so that the abdomen is located on the lower side, and a sea cucumber that is nipped and conveyed between the pair of conveying belts 26a, 26b. A cutting member 40 that cuts the abdomen and a pressing member 46 that faces above the cutting member 40 and presses the sea cucumber that floats when the cutting member 40 cuts the sea cucumber from above. The abdomen of the sea cucumber was cut sequentially with the cutting member 40.
