PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which accelerates the effect of sterilizing an article to be sterilized, without providing the article to be sterilized with structural restrictions on the number of inner hole parts.SOLUTION: A breathing device for sterilization includes a container part having a predetermined internal volume, and an insertion part for being inserted into an inner cavity part of an article to be sterilized. The inside of the container part is decompressed depending on decompression of a sterilizing chamber of a sterilizer.
