Disclosed is a sodium salt of quinolone thiazole pyrrolidine carboxamide of formula (I). The compound may be in crystalline form and a pharmaceutical composition and the use of the sodium salt in the manufacture of a medicament for treating hepatitis C virus infection in a mammal. Further disclosed is X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising peaks at 5.4, 6.5, 8.7, 11.9, 13.0, 18.2, 20.2 and 24.7 degrees 20 (plus or minus 0.2 degrees 2 theta) when measured using CuK alpha radiation.
