Disclosed is a crystalline form of quinolone thiazole pyrrolidine carboxamide of formula (I). Also disclosed is the use of the crystalline form in the manufacture of a medicament for treating hepatitis C virus infection in a mammal. Further disclosed is X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising peaks at 4.8, 6.8, 9.6, 13.6, 17.3, 19.8 and 24.5 degrees 20 (plus or minus 0.2 degrees 2 theta) when measured using CuK alpha radiation.
