A pair of eye goggles is described. The eye goggles include a nosepiece that can be fit over a wearer's nose, a strap that can be fit removably around the wearer's head, and a pair of eyepieces. Each eye piece includes a transparent lens that can be fit over one of the wearer's eyes, a frame that surrounds the transparent lens and which includes an inside-facing edge to which the nosepiece is attached and an outside-facing edge to which the strap is attached, a sealing pad, and a usage indicator.
