To provide a relay optics for a rigid endoscope capable of maintaining optical properties within tolerance even when exposed to high temperature and pressure.SOLUTION: A relay optics for rigid endoscope 20 has a lens fixing frame 21 and multiple lenses 22. The lens fixing frame 21 has multiple cylindrical bodies 26. The multiple cylindrical bodies 26 are joined so as to be coaxial with each other. The multiple lenses 22 are arranged at a position other than a junction position jp of the cylindrical body 26 in the axial direction of the lens fixing frame 21. The multiple lenses 22 are arranged so that optical axes coincide with each other within the lens fixing frame 21.
