PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil in water type pore/sulcus cutis hiding cosmetic which smoothly spreads on skin without powder getting kneaded while having fresh cool feeling and furthermore makes pores/sulcus cutis inconspicuous.SOLUTION: The oil in water typle pore/sulcus cutis hiding cosmetic includes the following ingredients (A)-(E) (A) 1.0-15.0 mass% of a spherical particle powder having an average particle size of 25-35 &mum, (B) 5.0-30.0 mass% of an oil agent, (C) a phospholipid, (D) an acrylic acid-methacrylic acid copolymer, and (E) water. Further, the blending mass ratio of the ingredient (A) to the ingredient (B), (A)/(B) is within the range of 0.1-1. Further, the content of (C) is 0.01-2.0 mass% the content of (D) is 0.05-1.0 mass% and the oil agent (B) is liquid at ambient temperature.
