PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubbling powder bathing agent composition which is excellent in a warming touch and in a carbon dioxide bubbling property, does not cause the collapse of granules even on transportation and the like in a production process, and is excellent in a granule strength capable of resisting to handling and in storage stability.SOLUTION: The bubbling powder bathing agent composition comprises: (A) 30 to 80 mass% of granules comprising an organic acid, an oily ingredient, a nonionic surfactant and a water-soluble binder and (B) 70 to 20 mass% of a carbonate.
