PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a flattened rice cake by easily extending the just prepared rice cake in a uniform dimension.SOLUTION: The tool for forming flattened rice cake is provided by placing a polyvinyl chloride bag housing the rice cake M on a drawing board 4 loaded on a supporting stand 2, loading a rice cake-compressing board 7 on the bag, and loading a compression-mediating member 9 on the compression receiving part 8a. By engaging an engaging groove of a compressing lever 10 on a fulcrum stem 6 and by holding a grip part 10c, the compression-mediating member 9 is compressed in lower direction by the principle of lever by using a compressing part 10b as an action point. By arranging the compression-mediating member 9 on the rice cake-compression board 7 on just over the place where the lump of the rice cake M is placed and compressing, the whole surface of the rice cake-compression board 7 is not compressed by a uniform pressure but the rice cake-compression board 7 is compressed partially. By moving the compression-mediating part 9 gradually in front and rear by using a left hand, and repeating the compression operation several times, the rice cake M is extended on average in a short time while extracting air at the corner parts of the polyvinyl chloride bag B from small holes skillfully even without having a power, and it is possible to form the flattened rice cake.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】搗き立ての餅を均一寸法に容易に伸ばして伸餅を製造する。【解決手段】支持台2上に載置した引出板4上に、餅Mを入れたビニール袋Bを置き、その上に餅押圧板7を載置し、押圧受部8a上に押圧介在部材9を載置する。押圧レバー10の掛止溝を支点軸6に掛止し、握持部10cを持ち、押圧部10bを作用点とし、てこの原理により押圧介在部材9を下方に押圧する。餅Mの塊がある真上に餅押圧板7上の押圧介在部材9を配置して押圧することにより、餅押圧板7の全面を均等な圧力で押圧するのではなく、餅押圧板7を部分的に押圧することになる。徐々に前後に押圧介在部材9を左手で移動、押圧操作を数回繰り返すことにより、ビニール袋Bの隅部の空気を小孔から抜きながら短時間で非力でも上手に餅Mを平均的に伸ばして、伸餅を形成することができる。【選択図】図4
