This utility model relates generally to the processing and packaging of ice cream from peanut. The process of making peanut ice cream comprises the following steps: sterilizing of all the equipment and sanitizing the work place preparation of peanut milk grinding roasted peanut with a potable water extracting peanut milk using cheesecloth filtration of collected peanut milk boiling of peanut milk preparation and weighing of all remaining ingredients homogenization of the mixture pasteurizing ice cream mixture for 10 minutes at 70oC, quick cooling of the pasteurized mixture in an ice bath aging of mixture for at least 4 hours to 12 hours churning of mixture for 25 minutes using ice cream maker packaging in salad cups labelling with brand name and storing or hardening in the freezer at -18oC for 24 hours.
