PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous pot seedling transplanter capable of preventing surplus soil fallen from continuous pot seedlings from adhering to a guide passage of a pot seedling guide part and accumulating there, and a crop production method using the continuous pot seedling transplanter.SOLUTION: A continuous pot seedling transplanter is configured so that a hole 26 is provided to a bottom plate 6 of a pot seedling guide part 4, and surplus soil fallen from continuous pot seedlings moving on the bottom plate 6 is discharged from the hole 26. The hole 26 is surrounded by a grooving part 20. This prevents surplus soil fallen from the continuous pot seedlings from adhering to a guide passage of the pot seedling guide part 4 and accumulating there. Also, a situation that soil of a farm field flows back onto the bottom plate 6 of the pot seedling guide part 4 from the hole 26 can be prevented.
