PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit seed extracting device and method that can improve the residual ratio of fruit pulp after extraction of the seeds by reducing adhesion of pulp to extracting seeds and thereby reducing loss of the pulp.SOLUTION: The fruit seed extracting device includes: a pallet 8 with a fruit-holding hole part 81 formed which has a seed-passing hole 83 for a seed T of a fruit A to pass through a pulp stripping plate 32 which has a planar shape using an elastically deformable material, which has a seed-extracting hole 32a formed, and which is fastened to the underside of the pallet 8 a seed-extracting rod 10 which enters in the pulp of a fruit held on the pallet, advancing while pushing down the seed, and which is driven up and down with a vertical stroke that has the lowest point at the point of time when the pushed down seed, after passing through the seed-extracting hole of the pulp stripping plate, becomes a pendent state through the pulp of the seed-extracting hole and cutting blades 42, 43 which are operated at the point of time when the seed-extracting rod stops at the lowest point, which cut the pulp existing between the pendent seed through the pulp inside the seed-extracting hole and the pulp stripping plate, and which thereby separate the seed from the pulp.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】抜き取る種への果肉の付着量を少なくして果肉の損失を低減することにより、種抜き後の果肉の残存率の向上を図ることができる果実の種抜き装置および方法を提供。【解決手段】果実Aの種Tが通過できる種通過孔83を有する果実保持孔部81が形成されたパレット8と、弾性変形可能な素材により板状で種抜き孔32aが形成され且つパレット8の下面に固着された果肉剥ぎ取り板32と、パレットに保持されている果実の果肉内に入り込んで種を押下しながら進行して、押下される種が果肉剥ぎ取り板の種抜き孔を通過された後に種抜き孔の果肉を介して吊下状態となる時点が最下点となる上下ストロークで昇降駆動される種抜き棒10と、種抜き棒が最下点で停止した時点で作動されて、種抜き孔内の果肉を介し吊下状態の種と果肉剥ぎ取り板との間に存在する果肉を切断して種を果肉から分離する切断刃42,43とを備えている。【選択図】図6
