SOLUTION: Provided is the method for transplanting in the cultivation bench, characterized by transplanting seedlings in a surrounded box-like cultivation bed for cultivating crops in a facility with a continuous pot seedling transplanter having a machine frame in which a pot seedling-loading portion for continuous pot seedlings connected with connection pieces, a pot seedling guide portion for linearly arranging and guiding the pot seedlings pulled out from the pot seedling-loading portion and a pot seedling-delivering portion for continuously delivering the pot seedlings from the pot seedling guide portion ON the surface of a field are sequentially and continuously connected from the front side of a traveling direction and ON which an opener for forming a groove for planting the pot seedlings ON the surface of the field is disposed. In addition and a guide portion is disposed in the continuous pot seedling transplanter along a bench side wall or the like.
