PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeder having a seeding device capable of seeding two or more seeds in good accuracy at the center of each cell of nursery pots conveyed by a conveyor. SOLUTION: The seeder 1 having the conveyor 2 for conveying the nursery pots 10 carried by a tray 11, a culture soil-packing device 3 for packing the nursery pot 10 conveyed by the conveyor 2 with the culture soil, and the seeding device 6 for seeding in the nursery pot 10 packed with the culture soil by the culture soil-packing device 3 is constituted by installing the two or more seeding devices 6 in series so that the seeding devices 6 can be operated successively.
