PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation device of a sleepiness level which is used for detecting sleepiness in consideration of the fluctuation of blinking due to a factor other than the sleepiness on awakening.SOLUTION: In an estimation device 100 of a sleepiness level, a blinking detection part 5618 detects blinking of a driver from a moving image photographed by a camera 30. A storage device 54 stores the first distribution of the frequency of the time interval of the blinking and levels of sleepiness which are associated beforehand.
