When determining the disparity of the examinee's physical constitution, the determiner uses, as the distribution of the population's characteristic quantity, a distribution of a characteristic quantity of the other people. When determining the change of the examinee's physical condition, the determiner uses, as the distribution of the population's characteristic quantity, a distribution of the examinee's own characteristic quantity.
