PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensively produceable vegetable dehydrator capable of successively carrying out dehydration treatment so as not to damage cut vegetables.SOLUTION: The vegetable dehydrator is constituted as follows. A rotating body 10 supported by a fixed shaft 8 stood on a stand 7 is installed so as to be rotated freely by a first motor 17. A hopper 13 for feeding the cut vegetables is arranged at the center of the rotating body 10, and screw conveyors 21 are parallelly arranged in a cylinder for dehydration so as to neighbor to the hopper. The screw conveyors 21 are installed so as to be freely rotatable by meshing planetary gears 23 installed in the screw conveyors 21 with a sun gear 25 installed in the fixed shaft 8 so as to be freely rotatable, and rotating the sun gear 25 by a second motor 28.
