The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coffee roaster which can easily control the temperature and perform precise roasting movement. The present invention relates to a coffee roaster comprising: a housing； a support plate located inside the housing and including a heating means at regular area； a drum chamber located inside the housing and one side of the support plate； a first support unit installed to be adjacent to an outer circumference surface of the drum chamber and supporting the drum chamber； and a second support unit installed to be adjacent to the outer circumference surface of the drum chamber, separated with the first support unit at regular distance, and supporting the drum chamber.
