The present invention relates to a hot air sample roaster for green coffee beans which roasts the small amount of green coffee beans for sampling quickly and discharges the peels of the green coffee bean through air drawing. The hot air sample roaster for green coffee beans comprises: a main body； a drum unit which is installed in the main body to be rotated and the green coffee beans are put inside； an air drawing and exhausting unit which is installed in the main body in order to draw an air and exhaust the air outside the main body； a duct unit which is combined with the main body to connect the air exhausting part and the drum part； a heating unit which is installed in the lower part of the drum unit for heating the drum unit； and a hot air induction unit which delivers heat from the heating unit to the drum unit by passing outside air through the heating part according to the air intake of the air drawing and exhausting unit.본 발명은 열풍을 이용하여 소량의 샘플용 커피 생두를 신속하게 볶을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 공기 흡입을 통해 로스팅시 발생되는 커피 생두의 피(껍질)를 배출시킬 수 있도록 하는 열풍식 커피 생두 샘플 로스팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 본체； 상기 본체에 회전가능하게 설치되며, 내부로 커피 생두가 투입되는 드럼부； 상기 드럼부의 공기를 흡입하여 상기 본체의 외부로 배출하도록 상기 본체에 설치되는 공기 흡입 배출부； 상기 공기 배출부와 상기 드럼부를 연결하도록 상기 본체에 결합되는 덕트부； 상기 드럼부를 가열하도록 상기 드럼부의 하부에 설치되는 가열부； 및 상기 공기 흡입 배출부의 공기 흡입에 따라 외부의 공기를 상기 가열부를 경유시켜 상기 가열부의 열기를 상기 드럼부로 전달하는 열풍 유도부를 포함한다.
