PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-gas type foamy hair cosmetic which can produce a form with high resilience, has a suitable defoaming rate as hair cosmetics together with having suitable foam stability without dripping, and can impart a highly treatment feeling to the hair.SOLUTION: The invention provides a non-gas type foamy hair cosmetic containing 0.01-15 mass% of one or more kinds of surfactants selected from laurylamino diacetate, 2-alkyl-N-carboxymethyl-N-hydroxyethyl imidazolinium betaine, stearyl chloride trimethylammonium, and monolauric acid polyoxyethylene sorbitan 0.01-5 mass% of one or more kinds selected from polyoxypropylene diglyceryl ether and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene butyl ether 0-10 mass% of polyhydric alcohol (provided that, except propylene glycol) and 0-20 mass% of ethanol.
