PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming apparatus which can be made compact.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a body part 210 dividing a feed port 210a, a discharge port 210c and an internal space 210b through which a fine foam group flows and a blocking plate 211 arranged at the internal space so as to form an upper opening part 213 and a lower opening part 214, and blocking the flow of the fine foam group. Since staying time can be made longer for the part in which the fine foam group is not defoamed, the defoaming can be securely performed. The fine foam group is defoamed with the lapse of time so as to be a liquid shape. Thus, in the process of the defoaming, the fine foam group is separated into a discharge liquid being the defoamed part and the part remaining as the fine foam group. In this case, since the discharge liquid has a specific gravity higher than that of the part in the fine foam group, it is separated in the lower part, and the fine foam group is separated in the upper part, respectively. By providing the blocking plate inside the internal space in the body, the phenomenon that the fine foam group flows as it is can be prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】小型化可能な消泡装置を提供することを解決すべき課題とする。【解決手段】供給口210a、排出口210c及び、微細泡沫群が流れる内部空間210bを区画する本体部210と上方開口部213と下方開口部214とを形成するように内部空間内に配設され、微細泡沫群の流れを邪魔する遮蔽板211とを有する。微細泡沫群が消泡されていない部分について滞留時間を長くすることができるため、確実に消泡することができる。微細泡沫群は時間の経過と共に消泡されて液状になる。そのために消泡の過程において、微細泡沫群は消泡された部分である排液と微細泡沫群のままの部分とに分離する。ここで、排液は微細泡沫群の部分よりも比重が大きいために相対的に下方に、微細泡沫群は上方にそれぞれ分離する。本体部における内部空間内を遮蔽板に配設することで微細泡沫群がそのまま流れていくことが防止できる。【選択図】図2
