There is provided an external composition for skin in which the outer layer part of the component (A) is an urethane resin and the inner layer part of the is a (meth)acrylic resin. There is provided an external composition for skin in which the urethane resin preferably is a carboxyl group-containing polyurethane and the (meth)acrylic resin preferably is an alkyl acrylate copolymer. There is provided the external composition for skin which is a sunscreen composition.
