The present invention provides a dental resin comprising a polymer of methacrylic estes polymerizable component covalently linked to 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC). The dental resin of the present invention prevents a deposition of proteins and bacteria by having a hydrophilic surface by the MPC polymers. The dental resin of the present invention has an inhibitory ability against an adhesion of bacteria, and thus ultimately has the effect of preventing dental caries.본 발명은 2-메타이크릴로일옥시에틸 포스포릴콜린(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, MPC)가 표면에 공유결합으로 연결된(covalently linked to) 메타크릴산 에스테스 중합성분(polymerizable component)의 폴리머를 포함하는 치과용 레진을 제공한다. 본 발명의 치과용 레진은 MPC 고분자에 의해 친수성의 표면을 갖게 되어 단백질 및 세균의 침착을 예방한다. 본 발명의 치과용 레진은 세균 침착 억제능을 가지므로 궁극적으로 치아우식 예방효과를 갖는다.
