PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrub agent consisting of a polyester resin powder, giving less adverse effect to the environment, having high polishing performance and cleaning effect and allowing production with good industrial productivity and a cosmetic and a polishing agent comprising the scrub agent.SOLUTION: A scrub agent consisting of a resin powder obtained by pulverization of a foam body of a polyester resin composition has an apparent density of 0.001 g/cm3 or more and 0.2 g/cm3 or less, and thereby gives less adverse effect to the environment, has high polishing performance and cleaning effect and allows production with good industrial productivity.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、環境に悪影響を与える恐れが少なく、研磨能力や洗浄効果が高く、工業的に生産性良く製造することができるポリエステル系樹粉体からなるスクラブ剤、及び該スクラブ剤を含む化粧料、研磨剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 ポリエステル系樹脂組成物の発泡体を粉砕にしてなる樹脂粉体からなるスクラブ剤であって、見かけ密度が0.001g/cm3以上0.2g/cm3以下とすることにより、環境に悪影響を与える恐れが少なく、研磨能力や洗浄効果が高く、工業的に生産性良く製造することができる。【選択図】図1
