PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic composition in which the characteristic disagreeable odor of lecithin is suppressed, a suppression method of decreased antiseptic power of a composition, and a method of improving a liquid drip performance of the composition from a container nozzle.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic composition contains (A) lecithin, and (B) one or more kinds of refreshing agents selected from camphor, borneol, eucalyptus oil, and bergamot oil.
