L'invention concerne un dispositif de rééducation ambulatoire comprenant une structure mobile d'assistance d'un individu dans l'exercice d'au moins un mouvement de la marche comprenant : - un châssis monté sur un chariot motorisé à guidage automatique ； - des moyens de soutien dudit individu comprenant un harnais apte à enserrer au moins une portion du tronc dudit individu, de préférence une portion du bassin dudit individu. Selon l'invention, ledit harnais est solidarisé à une potence dudit châssis par un premier et un deuxième élément d'attache, une extrémité dudit premier élément d'attache étant fixée à une première portion dudit harnais et une extrémité dudit deuxième élément d'attache étant fixée à une deuxième portion dudit harnais distincte de ladite première portion et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'actionnement dudit premier élément d'attache et des moyens d'actionnement dudit deuxième élément d'attache indépendants les uns des autres.
