One aspect of the present application may provide a ginseng chicken soup with snail, which comprises, with respect to 500 parts by weight of a chicken 20-60 parts by weight of a snail meat including a snail flesh in a snail shell and 800-1700 parts by weight of a snail meat broth. According to the present application, the snail meat broth alleviates a chicken&primes unique odor, and protein- and amino acid-rich nutrients typically contained in a ginseng chicken soup and chondroitin-rich nutrient contained in an edible snail are well balanced in terms of nutrition.
