According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a customized shoe insole, which comprises: a form box for forming a foot-shaped reference frame by being in contact with the sole of a demander and pressing a 3D scanner for obtaining the shape of the sole of the demander as image data by scanning the foot-shaped reference frame formed by using the form box a modeling device for modeling an insole core from the heel portion to the arch portion of the inner sole among the image data obtained by using the 3D scanner a CNC device for manufacturing a core mold by actually cutting the insole core modeled by using the modeling device and processing the same and an upper mold previously manufactured by the size of the sole so as to be equipped with a dent unit coupled to the core mold manufacture through the CNC device.
