PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve reference image data, having a three-dimensional (3D) interest region, which is suitable for comparative displaying with diagnosis image data.SOLUTION: A 3D interest region setting part 3 sets the 3D interest region into 3D image data which is generated in a past inspection, and preserves the 3D image data as the past image data and the interest region data of the 3D interest region with the first label information added thereto into a data storage part 4. In the meantime, an image data generating part 2 generates the 3D image data as the diagnosis image data in a current inspection. A reference image data extracting part 5 extracts the interest region data, to which the first label information corresponding to the second label information inputted by an input part 7 is added, and a plurality of kinds of past image data, where the 3D interest region having the interest region data is to be set, from the data storage part 4 as reference image data candidates.
