PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a guide wire into a pericardial space, while preventing the tip of the guide wire from coming into contact with the heart.SOLUTION: A therapeutic instrument 1 provided herein includes forceps 3 which grasp a living tissue, a body 2 which is provided on the forceps 3, an actuator 5 which is provided on the body 2 and operates the forceps 3, a channel part 10 which leads out the guide wire 9 to be introduced into the living tissue, and an articulated mechanism 4 which is provided in the body 2 and rocks the forceps 3 in the direction crossing the direction of the longitudinal axis of the body 2.
