PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion assist tool facilitating insertion of a film into a body cavity.SOLUTION: An insertion assist tool 1 for a film 3 for use in an endoscopic operation, includes a cylindrical body part 11 that is provided longitudinally to an insertion direction in the body cavity and in which forceps 2 for the endoscopic operation are inserted in the insertion direction.
