PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manipulate an endoscope and a treatment instrument in respective desired positions and orientations while a state of the treatment with the treatment instrument can be easily observed by using an endoscopic image.SOLUTION: A medical device guide system 100 includes: a guide wire 20 having flexibility to be able to curve in a substantially U-shape in a pericardial cavity an endoscope 1 having a thin and long insertion portion 2 which can be inserted in the pericardial cavity and where a channel 3 in which the guide wire 20 is inserted is formed in a longitudinal direction and a guide device 10 which can be inserted in the pericardial cavity and has a thin and long tube member 11 in which a first lumen 12 where the guide wire 20 is inserted and a second lumen 13 where a treatment instrument 30 is inserted are formed in the longitudinal direction.
