PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation apparatus capable of inhibiting occurrence of disease due to an appropriate dry state of leaves corresponding to changes of photosynthesis caused by the intensity of light.SOLUTION: An irrigation apparatus that performs irrigation corresponding to the quantity of solar radiation to an object comprises: a solar radiation sensor 30 which measures the quantity of solar radiation； irrigation condition setting means for setting an irrigation condition of the object to obtain setting data 122； irrigation control means 112 for outputting a control signal indicating that irrigation is to be performed based on the setting data； and irrigation amount adjusting means 114 for adjusting an irrigation amount taking a quantity of solar radiation by the solar radiation sensor into consideration in performing irrigation by the irrigation control means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
