PURPOSE: A sexual maturation induction method of Takifugu obscurus is provided to produce seeds through an induction of an early spawning of Takifugu obscurus by controlling the environments of period of illumination, water temperature, and salt concentration of a culturing water bath for 40 days since a natural seawater temperature descends below 13 degree Celsius and to improve a hatching rate by a complex combination of environments. CONSTITUTION: A sexual maturation induction method of Takifugu obscurus using an environmental control comprises a) a step of securing mother Takifugu obscurus produced by a seawater farming; b) a step of breeding by supplying feedstuffs after accepting the secured Takifugu obscurus in a culturing water bath; c) a step of performing the control of environments of period of illumination, water temperature, and salt concentration of a culturing water bath after 10 days since a natural seawater temperature descends below 13°;C for a certain period; d) a step of artificial fertilization by inducing a spawning of Takifugu obscurus which is controlled environmentally for a certain period; and e) a step of incubation after removing the colloid of fertilized eggs by washing artificially fertilized eggs with acidic white clay.
