PURPOSE: A method for repetitively over-ovulating and a method for repetitively obtaining fertilized eggs using Bombina orientalis are provided to obtain a large amount of healthy ova and embryos more stably by minimizing stress applied to Bombina orientalis even though repetitive ovulations, thereby remarkedly increasing survival rate of adults.CONSTITUTION: A method for repetitively over-ovulating using Bombina orientalis comprises the steps of: inducing superovulation by injecting human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to Bombina orientalis obtaining ova from the Bombina orientalis that is induced to superovulation giving the Bombina orientalis that is induced to superovulation a rest and inducing superovulation again by injecting hCG to Bombina orientalis that had a rest.
