According to the present invention, the medical instrument for surgery comprises: a body unit having a supply tube and a suction tube for supplying and sucking fluid, a controller for controlling flow rate of the fluid, and a power connector for receiving external power applied thereto, which are embedded, and gripped by a user； a surgical treatment unit detachably joined to the body unit, connected to the power connector, the supply tube and the suction tube, respectively, having a conductive hollow adaptor which has an electrode tip protruding from an end portion and an insertion tube which relatively moves while accommodating the adaptor therein and selectively stores the electrode tip inside, and inserted into a lesion of a human body； a treatment conversion unit disposed on the body unit while interlinked to the power connector to selectively switch surgical treatment of the electrode tip on the lesion.
