According to the present invention, the medical device for surgical operation comprises: a body unit held by a practitioner and including a supply tube and a suction tube for supplying and sucking a fluid, a regulating unit for regulating the flow rate of the fluid, and a power connection unit for receiving the control power from the outside, which are separately embedded therein; and a surgical treatment unit detachably coupled to the body unit, inserted into the body within the affected part, and composed of a conductive adapter which communicates with the supply tube and the suction tube through a hollow in a state of being electrically connected to the power connection unit and has an electrode tip for surgical treatment protruding at an end thereof, and an insertion tube which accommodates the adapter therein. The surgical treatment unit is rotated relative to the body unit, and the insertion tube moves relative to the adapter and selectively accommodates the electrode tip. According to the present invention, since the surgical treatment such as incision and the cleansing operation can all be performed through the surgical treatment unit having a single tubular shape, the medical device can be easily used for minimally invasive surgery on the affected part in the body such as laparoscopic surgery. Since the body unit and the surgical treatment unit are constructed in a structure capable of mutually detachable coupling, disinfection and cleaning for replacement or reuse can be easily performed such that convenience in maintenance can be achieved.
