Additionally, an aerosolized medicament for the treatment ofa pulmonary disease, where the medicament includes amikacin mixed with anaqueous solution having an adjusted pH from about 5.5 to about 6.3. The pH isadjusted by adding hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to the aqueoussolution.
