PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder capable of holding a posture of a seating person in a further correct state.SOLUTION: The posture holder includes: a lumbar support part 13 that has a surface 14 configured to locate both-side edges at a front side with respect to a central part in the horizontal direction so as to support a lumbar part 53 of a seating person 50 and a protrusion part 31 that is protruded to the central part in the horizontal direction out of the surface 14 of the lumbar support part 13. Consequently, the lumbar part 53 of the seating person 50 is supported by the lumbar support part 13 from both left/right sides, so that the pelvis is held at a correct position in the horizontal direction.
