A docetaxol albumin nanoparticle pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof manufacturing drugs for treating cancer. The pharmaceutical composition comprises docetaxol, albumin and amino acids, wherein the weight ratio between albumin and docetaxol is no more than 50, preferably 20:1 - 1:1, and the weight ratio between amino acids and docetaxol is not less than 0.5, preferably 1:1 - 20:1.Composition pharmaceutique de nanoparticules d'albumine et de docétaxel, procédé de préparation de ladite composition, et son utilisation dans la fabrication de médicaments anti-cancéreux. Ladite composition pharmaceutique comprend du docétaxel, de l'albumine et des acides aminés, le rapport pondéral entre l'albumine et le docétaxel n'étant pas supérieur à 50, et étant de préférence de 20/1 à 1/1, et le rapport pondéral entre les acides aminés et le docétaxel n'étant pas inférieur à 0,5, et étant de préférence de 1/1 à 20/1.
